Terms

C.O.D. unless prior arrangements have been made.  Credit upon approved applications with net 30 days from invoice date.  2% added on all past due accounts plus cost of collections.

Prices

All prices are F.O.B. our nursery, and are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

We can arrange truck delivery.  Freight charges are due upon delivery.

Guarantee

We cannot be held responsible for problems due to conditions beyond our control.  Our liability will not exceed the original cost.  Adjustment claims must be made in writing within 10 days of shipment.

Summer Digging

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before digging.  An additional 20% charge applies to all Summer dug plant material.
