Princeton American The most DED-resistant of the cultivars released, Princeton is a fast-growing AMERICAN elm. It has much larger leaves than chinese elm varieties and has straight, fast-growing branches. It is strongly upright in habit in youth, later forming a tall graceful canopy. It is currently planted along Pennsylvania Ave and at the White House in Washington, DC.
