Cherokee is a hardy, almost fruitless sweetgum. It produces corky bark at a young age and the fall color ranges from deep burgundy to red with some yellow. Cherokee has a medium pyramidal habit in youth becoming more rounded with maturity. It is very cold hardy.

A great alternative to seedling sweetgum, this cultivar is fruitless, fast-growing and more fastigiate. Has dark, glossy green leaves with unique rounded lobes. A fast-growing tree, 'Rotundiloba' needs minimal pruning to be a nice addition to any landscape. It is extremely cold hardy.
